Food was good and all 4 of us ate well. We booked in advance via our hotel - it's a small place (was certainly necessary on a Saturday night as it quickly filled up). Clientele were mostly American tourists and menus were available in both English and French. Other reviewers have complained about service but we had no issue - it may help if you speak French and don't expect American-style servers. View all feedback.

My husband and I took a different route to our hotel and came upon L'Ardoise as we were walking.
We found this place very close to our hotel via GoogleOur flight and travel had us up for 24 hours and we needed an early dinner.
We had 2 evening dinners here. The food was beautiful. Fresh and plentiful. Set price for 3 courses. Service excellent. Highly recommended.
