I had been purchasing drinks from various locations on consecutive days whenever I was visiting Paris the last two years and not a single staff member ever ment... read more I had been purchasing drinks from various locations on consecutive days whenever I was visiting Paris the last two years and not a single staff member ever mentioned their point system ever. Found out only after inquiring myself, and was asked to download their app so they would then help retroactively apply missed points. Did all of this only for the suspicious female chinese manager to try and quiz me on whether I had kept paper receipts from this year and last year, WTF? (first of all who keeps paper receipts for coffee and also, your baristas dont always provide them either! . She says if Ive always made frequent purchases then why does she not recognize me? Maybe because Im a visitor and not a local, and how you would you have the ability to recogize me from a year ago even if I came in everyday for two weeks? Absolute stupidity. Not how you should be treating repeat customers and good job now because I will never purchase or support your location ever again. You are in the business of hospitality and customer service, learn to do better otherwise you'll continue to lose customers to your competitor and in Paris there are plenty of coffee shops that offer better experiences than this place. I would skip and go elsewhere!!
