If you go to this restaurant, just take pizza (not the best in Paris, but ok). I tried pasta cacio e pepe and it was a french version of it. It should be just pecorino romano and ground black pepper, with just a little of...the hot water you used to cook pasta. This is why it’s hard to do a good cacio e pepe.
