The restaurant is small and cosy, the staff are helpful and friendly, and while the food is not presented well, it is certainly tasty and authentic. I enjoyed the Afghan salad, the chicken and rice, and a light yoghurt dessert. The great thing is the price great value. I will definitely go back again. It was full with a wide assortment of people couples, groups, business people, retired people, and me.
I know nothing about Afghan food so I can't judge whether the food is authentic or not. To me it seemed similar to middle-eastern food with way too much oil, but that's a matter of personal taste. We were 5 so we had every dish out of the evening menu (15€50) and shared. It was ok without any dish standing out in particular. I would recommend this place if you're looking for a not too expensive sit-down restaurant, and if you don't want to go to a kebab joint. Don't expect anything fancy though.
