The best quality sushi for miles, but the service must be updated from obnoxious to palatable. the owner and the maitre de refused to accept my Saki order (probably she had none and could not get to say this). yet we still enjoyed our meal.
We went perfectly twice last time in paris and I am already happy to go in september, probably twice in our week. I've read some pretty stupid comments about this place by people who usually eat in mcdonalds. the sashimi is to die and all they need with him at midday is water. there are some pretty shallow such joints in paris, but this is intimate with great sashimi that they can observe to be prepared.
Nothing special. added, we are pampered, come from loose fishes, where the sushi is fresh and amazing. eating is good, but the service is not very beautiful and definitiw not authentic. I don't think the server even speaks Japanese.
That would never happen as a good sushi in japan. the fish in the suppe had very high bones, but the sashimi was not kernig (very sharp) cut and the rice is sticky and has no taste.
I loved it. Rather expensive but really tasty. Even their wine is good (Vouvray and Sancerre), which isn't the case in most basic Japanese restaurant in Paris.
