Was Nanou at Ippudo a mag?
After having tasted the one in Republique that only has chicken or veggie ramen, I tried this other Ippudo with pork ramen. I took the classic Shiromaru whose soup is tasteful without being too heavy or spicy (there is another ramen dedicated to the map) For big hunger easily add a tamago egg! View all feedback.

Very good ramens. I knew Japan and was very happy to find the sign in France. Do not let yourself be discouraged by the dick in front of the restaurant, honestly we were installed in 10 minutes. The service is very fast in addition. My friend took the ice at the dessert game and it was good too.
A very good restaurant of ramen, I came there several times and the taste is present in the dishes. I don't like the table near the toilet, but I think it's the place where people come to two. However, I do not find it very pleasant because of its location. The service is fast and courteous, we had to ask the card the last time because the person who placed us didn't give it to us after about 10 minutes.
Very well received in ippudo. We were very hungry and frankly we were full. The service is really nice with the little care. Chicken katsu is too sweet for me. Kara-Age was really good that I liked it to be crispy and greedy with mayonnaise that I took the akamaru specialty, the good broth was rich. a good tea mecha warm to accompany and the cold yuzu tea is well balanced ps too soft.
The map of this Japanese canteen located in the Halles district is interessing for these entries and small snacks. It also offers the Ramen and Donburi classics. The broths are scented, the pasta is cooked according to our preferences, the different vegetables. Prices remain a bit high compared to those elsewhere in the 1st ardt. Note that this canteen is installed in a former bistro in the decor of the 1920s.

I've been meaning to try Ippudo's ramen for awhile, they're reputed to be very good and quite authentic. So I was happy to finally have an opportunity to try them out. We went late on a rainy Thursday evening and only had to wait about 15 minutes for a group of four, which isn't bad for a ramen place. However inside things didn't get faster, it took awhile for our order to be taken and a very long time for our order to arrive. It's strange because most elements of the ramen should be ready to go. When the ramen finally arrived it was only fine. I got the tori Shoyu, and the broth tasted nice, it wasn't too rich and had a reasonably complex flavour. The noodles were a bit anonymous but nice enough. The toppings however were a let down. The chicken chasu was just poached chicken breasts that were a bit dry, the tamago too salty and there was nothing green to break up the heaviness of the dish beyond the garnish. At 16€, it was a pricey disappointment. The decor isn't very interesting, it's all bright lights and harsh surfaces, it reminded me of a canteen more than anything.
Ippudo has the authentic taste of a Japanese restaurant. We enjoyed our tamago croquette as starter. After the ramen is amazing and they have plenty of options which is really great. The staff is nice and the only thing to improve is...please if you served the main to 2 people...do it at the same time. We waited 5 minutes to get the second main but even with this it was a good experience.
Good service. Isn't as «atmospheric» as in other Ippudo restaurants (e.g. in London or Tokyo) though.
Good. Nothing super special, nothing bad. Egg was perfect. Perfect fit for the cold weather. I'm sure you can find cheaper and equally good.

They don't have a lot of options for vegans or vegetarians and the food is quite pricey, still I found the ramen to be flavorful and I think it's worth a trip there.
The ramen were tasty, but nothing very special. It seems to be vegan not because it was made that way, but because they left out all the extras that would heighten this dish. And none of the extras are vegan. Menu doesn't offer anything else.
They have a few vegetarian ramen but only one vegan one. Luckily, it is very good! The mushroom broth is so savory and the toppings are plentiful. I got it for takeaway on a rainy night and it hit the spot!
There was a little queue outside the restaurant which is usually a good sign for a good ramen place (waited around 20 minutes). Place is very busy and noisy and we felt a little bit rushed. The starter (cucumber salad) was good and the vegan ramen very tasteful. I had the black sesame mochi for dessert but I had to ask beforehand if it was vegan as it is industrially made (see picture).

I absolutely love this place. It’s affordable and love their take out option (as an American who sometimes just wants to eat at home with the TV on . The service is always great and the food never disappoints. I usually get the Pork teriyaki don bowl. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Meal type: Dinner Price per person: €10–20
