I came here on a Friday night to finally jump on the "sushi burrito" bandwagon, and was definitely happy I did.
This sushi-burrito place is not tex mex, but i think hails from peruvian-japanese sushi traditions.
Nice and innovative as a concept. The staff is nice but not very welcoming/miling to my taste. Taste level, I have not tested their menus because I am allergic to some ingredients. So I made a perso composition and I didn't find it exceptional. However, for fastfood, it's healthy, it's the positive point. Otherwise the place is pretty and pleasant.
A healthy fast food very original because their concept is to merge the maki with burrito and it gives a giant maki of the size of a burrito. And inside this sushi-burrito as they call it, there are fillings very different from the classic makis and there is for all tastes. For my part I tested the Mariachi (Mexican theme) y 'a crunch of nachos with guacamole that mixes well with the freshness of vegetables, all with a slightly spicy sauce, it's top. With the added sugar-free house lemonade, it cost me 13€ and I was properly shielded. Managers are super kind and listening to customer comments, it's really an address that deserves to be tasted. There was no big world when I went there, it was good but there's not a very large capacity to welcome I find
