While it was nice being close to the Eiffel Tower, the rudeness of the lady taking our beverage order left a sour note. In reading the other reviews here, clearly others had a bad experience too with how they were treated! Upon being treated rudely, I called out the rude lady and asked her why she was acting so rudely. She just looked down and didn’t answer. Maybe it gave her something to think about. Maybe she didn’t think a customer would call her out in front of other customers in line. Americans aren’t used to such snottiness at US restaurants/cafes, and actually are used to just the opposite (friendliness and customer service). But the French shouldn’t mistake our friendliness for us being accepting of rude service. Plenty of other cafes to enjoy and spend money at…nothing special about this place and the outside didn’t have a lot of tables anyway to truly enjoy, just some cold metal ones. I speak both English and French by the way. So this isn’t about not knowing French. It’s just plain old rude service.

I don't know how much is supposed to cost this kind of betting sue formula, but on nancy it would be about 6.50th, not 9.70th.
