Visiting Paris, Fr. this week with friends. Stopped in Fitzgerald for drinks. Saw that they had a carrot hummus on the menu and had to try it. It was fantastic! Came with some fried carrot chips on the side, which was a nice add. Friends we were with also commented on how good it was. Not much vegan options overall though.
Well, there are some vegan fingerfood options. For the main, they served me cooked vegetables (overcooked and little mushy) with dots of pumpkin purée. That’s it. For 22 euros. No starchy food added at all. Everyone knows that just some vegetables will not fill a stomach. I cannot call that a main dish for dinner I am sorry.
Restaurant serves meat but has some vegan options. We had hummus, eggplant, guacamole and chips, and gazpacho. Updated from previous review on 2021-09-04
The atmosphere in the evening was wonderful. Great cocktails and steak tartare. The sea bream was also delicious. The chicken was a bit dry, and the lemon herb risotto was overpowered by too much Parmesan, but overall, a very nice experience with excellent service.
