This notice is only for mixed drinks. felicy has no idea how to make a suitable caipirinha. the cachaça was of poor quality and the bartender was adding practically no sugar, just crushed green lemons (and not very fresh). As a person who lived in Brazil, I was amazed. That said, most bars in france still have no idea of "foreign" cocktails. wine per class was medium (which is well in france).
