What a chance...we discover rue des Archives the ensign wanted 82.... a little doubtful about the facade we enter a very family world tiles on small tables formica and chairs represented .... very simple universe and on the bar we already expect a large jaw of fresh fruit salad! a wonderful vanilla panacotta, a chocolate cake, hot Viennese mimi. all at will... well installed we enjoy our fresh orange juice and start the rounds! pastries, fruits, cinnamon counted, chocolate cake, then drinks and finally the salt made according to the market of the day! A small peas of super velvety mint (a feast) then dried tomato quiche with sage potatoes ... egg (coated to choose). small rockets with fries parmesans, all accompanied by hot bread. ...in a pleasant atmosphere, the bosses: the kitchen waiter are charming, we had a pleasant time and it was a very good day in Paris
