What Josie B doesn't like about Du Central Paris Saint-dominique:
The food was mediocre at best. Our least favourite meal while we were in Paris. The duck confit seemed over cooked and was served without a sauce. And just came with roasted potatoes. Not very visually appealing. Perhaps the addition of something green on the plate would have helped. The Cesar salad with chicken was quite flavourless and the lettuce did not seem fresh. When asked about birthday discounts, the waiter offered to sing a song.. a strange reaction, the question implied a yes or no answer.. bread was not served with tartare, only after we asked. Coffee overpriced 5,9€ for cappuccino, served in a latte glass
