WHAT IT IS Dr. Auguste is a clean, family friendly, sit-down or take-out casual eating establishment. Service was friendly and fast, they even spoke...English with us when they recognized our accents and that we were struggling a bit with French. CONCEPT Dr. Auguste has a great scheme. You choose your type of Bagel set-up (with salad or soup, with fries, with drink, with dessert, picking and choosing which ones you want), then you choose your bagel bread type (natural, onion, multigrain, etc), then you choose your toppings (tomatoes, lettuce, etc), then condiments/sauces, and so on until you have built the bagel creation of your choice. FOOD They have a Burgel which is a combo of a bagel and burger. My year old tried this and LOVED it. I ordered the Veggie bagel wish I had ordered SERVICE fast, friendly, clean, free Wi-Fi, clean restrooms, we stayed for hours and they never once bothered us or tried to move us out, very relaxed and welcoming atmosphere PRICE affordable. We had full meals, including drinks, which totaled for of us (great price for Paris, worth every euro). Our bellies were stuffed, and our hearts happy. Highly recommend. Dr. Auguste for casual, sit-down, or take-out delicious food.
