I guess the best way to describe it in basic terms would be a very upscale subway where you get to ask for ingredients on your pasta, pizza or sandwich that you pick from behind a bar. The difference between this and Subway is that the food is all fresh and it's delicious. Great for a quick bite before or after the museum

We found this great pizza/deli place a minute or so as from Musee d'Orsay.It offers a wide selection of options where you can choose several toppings of fresh meats and vegetables to go on salads, pizzas, sandwiches or pasta. Portions are big making it value for money too. Great for both vegetarians and meat lovers!
