When we opened the do... read more We were looking out to eat some authentic Vietnamese food. Which is really really rare in lots of cities. This is a very small restaurant. When we opened the door, I couldn 't stand the stench coming from the place. We were placed outside at a mini terrace. I already had a bad feeling about this place when it comes to hygiene. We ordered a plate with fried rice. But it didn 't well at all. Way too burned. And the overall taste was just awfull. I found it quite intimidating that the old lady kept staying near the table to make sure everything was 'fine '. Like she was really waiting for a direct recognition about the taste of the food. One of us had to use the bathroom. It was a very small toilet room at the back of the place. No soap to wash your hands with. And it just looked very dirty. It 's kinda like one of these Vietnamese places in Vietnam itself. Where the standards are less higher. It looks like the lady runs the place all by herself. And I am sure she really does her best as she can. But, different standards, and a huge lack of hygiene. Not sure about the criminality in the streets there. But the terrace if close to the road. So watch your belongings. Don 't put them where people can easily grab them and drive off. Meal type: Lunch Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 1
