Great restaurant! With exceptional value for money! Everything is homemade, the waitress is very pleasant. I recommend 100

All-you-can-eat menu from lunchtime to €14 for several starters and 2 main courses. The taste was there but I preferred the starters: spring rolls, jiaozi

It's a fantastic restaurant! I've been there with friends and each time everyone was pleasantly surprised. Everything is prepared on-site and homemade, and it shows because it's absolutely delicious!!

I recently had the opportunity to try the all-you-can-eat buffet at Chez Meilan restaurant, so here is my honest review. I was with a lovely acquaintance, and we initially found the place quite pleasant and inviting. The waitress, however, was neither very smiley nor particularly friendly. This isn't a crucial point, but I wanted to mention it, as the warmth of a restaurant is primarily conveyed through its staff. Regarding the buffet dishes, here's my opinion. First, in terms of presentation, the small ravioli looked like they were just thrown onto the plate. Besides being reheated, they weren't very appetizing. In fact, the vast majority of the dishes seemed reheated and frozen, although I won't elaborate further on that point, as it's primarily an impression. The beef noodles were okay, but nothing special, and yet they were the best dish I ordered from the menu. As for the rest, the girl I'd invited ordered stir-fried noodles, but they were clearly reheated. In fact, parts of the dish were still cold. I hesitated to call the waitress over to point it out, but I didn't want to dampen her spirits, especially since she didn't seem very cheerful... Furthermore, when I ordered a bowl of noodle soup, the wait was quite long, a good 15 minutes for a simple bowl of noodle soup. On the plus side, the dishes at the all-you-can-eat buffet were prepared in the kitchen and not placed on a display stand where other customers could contaminate the food. And besides, 13 euros for a buffet in Paris isn't expensive. However, if the dishes are indeed frozen, it becomes much less appealing. We left the restaurant with full stomachs. Luckily, I was with good company; otherwise, I don't know if I would have been able to handle those dishes on my own. I sincerely believe this restaurant has the potential to turn things around. I would still recommend the Chez Meilan buffet if you're on a budget. My opinion is primarily constructive and honest, with the aim of helping the restaurant improve, which is why I didn't give it a lower rating, even though I was tempted to give it 1/5. I wish this restaurant all the best for the future. Have a great day!
