The bar carpaccio was lost in an excellent hazel seasoning. Only the texture left. Too bad for the ikejime. The carpaccio de st jaques gets better. The octopus was strong, tender and very fresh. Three plates are enough to two. We had no room for dessert. In the end, the price range is above other restaurants that send more in the plate, according to me. The dagger crudo or the crab might have convinced me more.
