Walking past last week we immediately found it to be intriguing relaxed, rustic and casual. Booking on the spot and did ask for a specific table table. Warmly greeted by the host by name and seated us in the table we had requested. Absolutely incredibly tasting meats barbecued to perfection with lovely starters and desserts. Bit of creative food with a Brazilian spice and some South American influences but with a bit of French style. Portions are quite large and sharing is encouraged Very buzzy very busy but not rushed service. Our waiter was very accommodating about our complicated bill and just kept looking after us but not being intrusive. Plus he was kind of hot! This is our favorite restaurant during our stay in Paris. Everything we ordered was amazing! For starters, we had the langoustines and rabbit terrine—both well flavored and delicious. As for our main course we had the pork loin and 45 day dry-aged ribeye. The meats were so juicy, tender, and well seasoned. We can’t stop thinking about that steak! The staff were friendly, attentive, and genuinely ensured we had a good experience. We highly recommend this restaurant! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
First time visiting Brutos and what a place. The atmosphere is relaxed yet the food here is taken very seriously. So are the wines with many good options available by the glass. The chicken was very, very good: tender and full of flavour with a coating of delicious sauce and chives. Special mention for the fries which were delicious, and if you have space for it, the potato purée with bone marrow is very tasty. One niggle is that one of the chickens arrived lukewarm, it would have been truly exceptional if it had arrived warmer. In conclusion: a must-try if you are visiting Paris, book well ahead of time.
