What Eldridge Spencer doesn't like about Bar des Theatres:
I had high expectations going to the new Bar des Theatres, having had many dinners at the old, original version which is now closed. Location is nice and cozy, but not the same buzz. Staff is friendly and attentive. Tartare was decent but when I asked for Dijon mustard, the waiter pointed to the mustard bags on the table (see photo). Stopped by without a booking but it was no problem whatsoever. My Daughter and I were made so welcome and shown to a lovely table. Our Coats were taken and Orders placed. The food arrived so quickly and it was delicious. I will most definitely call here again when next in Paris. View all feedback.
