Contribute FeedbackWe visited the bagnard at 58 rue de saintonge in september 2018-TWICE! we were only in paris 4 nights, we stumbled on this little bar, eating was so delicious-we returned in the following night. on the first night we had the cote de beouf-es was...delicious-all the employees were amazing and so helpful, their English was also great. the weeping flew easy, we were the last one who left, but in no way rushed. the cook came to see if our meal was good, and all the people there worked hard and were so hospitable. in the night 2 we ate the Mullet-Re-Acht just as delicious. this is in the marais district, and was close to our hotel, but it is really worth hunting this place. not many tables, so they come there ca. 7/7.30pm to pack a table, otherwise they simply go to the bar and have drinks- they are made very welcome.
We thought here for our first meal right after the arrival in paris and the owner was nice and warm, entertained our lack of French language skills, and gave us rehearsal and recommended. very fast service and excellent food that seemed healthy and full of really. high quality ingredients. my man had one of the sandwiches and I had the salat nikoise and both were excellent. after sixteen hours of international travel from oregon to france, we both felt kindly crooked and if we met a typical heavy French meal immediately, we might have felt worse, but after this fresh and beautiful meal we both felt refueled and refreshed. very recommended for a quick lunch!
I went to lunch on Saturday and was warmly welcomed by eating lovers cooking and smiling waitress. speciality is Mediterranean cuisine, I had the sandwich of the day: warm burrata and chorizo, it was wonderful, the Quinoa salad was a perfect beside dish and. the house made limonade excellent. I had a fantastic experience from the beautiful surroundings of the restaurant to the taste/quality of eating for such a low price (15euros.) an address to stay!
Nice discovery Monday, thanks to a colleague, I'll be back Friday to have a friend discover. The nicoise salad is superprenament exquisite in flavor and dessert with orange dates and delicious dried fruits (and I'm not too dessert usually). servers are full of attention and goodness. Bravo to the leader and the team
Best niçoise salat I've ever had. I loved the limonade that was infused with orange blossom water.
