This was one of the best meals we had during our time in Paris and though it s a bit off the beaten path, I’d highly recommend coming here. A friend recommended this spot and it’s also featured on the Michelin Guide. Our writer was also so funny and helpful. We shared the young chicken, pork terrine, and pate feuillité among the four of us and every single dish was so delicious and well made. The sauce of the chicken was so flavorful, the terrine was rich and hearty, and the choux pastry was fluffy and buttery. Indoor and outdoor seating available. Meal type: Lunch
Was really expecting more. Terrine starter was nothing exceptional. Had a sausage plan ha next. One guest found it gamey. Wife had beef which was undercooked and a bit chewy. Needed some salt. Dessert of a chocolate molten cake was underwhelming and the rice pudding was good
Superb food. Excellent wine menu including by the glass. Excellent service. Nice sidewalk seating. ...................................
It was very difficult to get service at this place and the owner and waiter thought it was more appropriate to stand by the bar and laugh with each other than to serve us drinks and give us menus as we just arrived. Very unprofessional. Food was dead average (or below) and not something I would go back for. We had a bottle of their most expensive champagne, but not once did they pour for us. At the price point there is so much better and I therefore can't recommend this place at all. We wont be returning.
