What Rachael Goyette doesn't like about Starbucks Coffee:
The customer service was horrible. We waited for 40 minutes. We all kept asking where our drinks were after the first 10 minutes. Every time we asked they yelled at us and told us they were backed up. But people who ordered after us had kept getting there drinks and some were sitting and done with them. Typical Starbucks but on the small side. There are 2 Starbucks in the mall. This one is located on main level across from the old Microsoft store. Just 4 tables and 5 counter stools. Seating is also available just outside the door in the mall. A wait in line is usual. The lower level Starbucks is a kiosk type with no indoor seating. Clean. Efficient staff. View all feedback.
