This Panera Bread location is a great choice for lunch during the workweek. It's conveniently situated within the Paramus Park Mall, near one of the entrances. The Rapid Order feature on the app works well here. The staff consistently provide good customer service, and I've never encountered any issues with my orders—they're always friendly. It can get busy during lunchtime, so finding a table can be challenging on certain days. Overall, this is a solid dining option at the mall.

The manager Ron is very pleasant and greets customers as they walk in. He makes sure there’s always coffee and cream available for customers. He kept the tables clean all the time and try not to make customers wait too long. He shows passion in his job and it’s one of the best Panera branch I ever in. I have good experience in here.

The salads and broccoli cheddar soup here are the best! It feels like my second home!

This is one of my favorite spots for lunch, whether I want soup and salad or a sandwich and pastry. I've visited over seven different Panera locations throughout the years, and they consistently deliver on flavor. They offer a great variety of delicious soups, and I typically order their combo meals. Their pastries are also fantastic, with the bear claw being my personal favorite. This particular location is smaller but has a cozy atmosphere compared to most Panera restaurants. Plus, they've recently started delivering orders to the table, which is a wonderful upgrade.
