People are literally just standing in the front b... read more Service is usually a 5 star but when it becomes congested like during the holidays, the pickup area is a mess. People are literally just standing in the front blocking access for people in the back to pick up their orders and everyone is just getting frustrated. The staff needs to do better directing traffic for the pickups rather than focusing on just taking a high volume of orders and not helping people get out with their order.

The food is consistently served hot, and the taste is excellent every time. The restaurant tends to get quite busy, so I recommend ordering ahead using the app to avoid long wait times.
