Although it can be challenging when customers watch their food being prepared, I suggest gradually increasing the spice level only when requested. Additionally, please make sure to offer water or a glass of water when a customer asks for it, and remember to charge them accordingly, not just for a large bottle of water. Apart from these small issues, the service was both large and polite. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Subway:
Ordered 4 Sandwiches for pick up (to be picked up by a relative). They only ended up giving me 3. I called back and the manager Jonathan had the audacity to tell me either I can go drive back to go pick it up (15 min drive from home) or get a refund but ONLY if I return one of the other sandwiches because I used a BOGO offer. Me using a coupon has nothing to do with the error he made thus now making me have to drive... View all feedback.
Excellent service and Bread was fresh and vegetables were clean and fresh.
