Just came here to pick up two tacos?I work nearby so needed something quick and mind you, I was STARVING! Both tacos were mushy and wet on the bottom.. and when I opened the wrapper try to eat them, they literally fell apart. I also ordered hard taco shellnot soft ones. I?ll get back to work quick and didn?t have enough time to take them back. Just on this experience alone I willnot be returning and will go to the other Taco Bell nearby.
Prepare to be held hostage in that drive thru during night time hours. You?ll be stuck for 40+ minutes with only 6 cars in front of you. Not worth having after a long night of work, just head home and save some time and money.
I been to a lot of taco bell's and I was surprised that all the guys working was very helpful and happy to help and the food was great too got a lot of hot sauce and napkins thank you! Hope it stays that way! I will return! I hour everyone gets the samebusiness as that! Have a great day! ????
We ordered six bean and cheese burritos, but they were not cooked properly. We tried calling the restaurant, but no one answered. The service was terrible. How can you charge full price and serve undercooked food? The staff need to be replaced—there are too many lazy employees just looking to get paid without doing their job.
I’ve been waiting in the Taco Bell drive-thru for 30 minutes with about five cars ahead of me, and we haven’t moved much. It looks like it’s going to take even longer. (UPDATE) It ended up taking me an entire hour to place my order and receive my food, which is completely unacceptable given their menu options.
