Both tacos were mushy and wet on the bottom.. and when I opened the wrapper try to eat them, they literally fell apart. I also ordered hard taco shellnot soft ones. I?ll get back to work quick and didn?t have enough time to take them back. Just on this experience alone I willnot be returning and will go to the other Taco Bell nearby.

How can you charge full price and serve undercooked food? The staff need to be replaced—there are too many lazy employees just looking to get paid without doing their job.

It looks like it’s going to take even... read more I’ve been waiting in the Taco Bell drive-thru for 30 minutes with about five cars ahead of me, and we haven’t moved much. It looks like it’s going to take even longer. (UPDATE) It ended up taking me an entire hour to place my order and receive my food, which is completely unacceptable given their menu options.
