What L B likes about Chow At One Eighteen:
The food is delicious, the liquor drinks are well made topped beautifully. The restraint itself has a wonderful atmosphere. The chef even makes his way around to the tables. All in all a wonderful experience. We had the fried oyster appetizer, panko chicken with candied yams, and a side of pasta garnished in sprouts, shrimp grits. We went for the first time for our anniversary in October. Super nice atmosphere, we enjoyed it greatly. However, the food was sub-par for an establishment that fetches the kind of prices that it does. We don't mind at all paying top dollar for a meal if it's good!
