We have visited this restaurant three times and we absolutely love it. It is usually not very crowded and the food is delectable. The level of spiciness is just right, not as hot as some other Indian restaurants. I would highly recommend this hidden gem to anyone. View all feedback.
What صبا الفاخوري doesn't like about Granada Bar and Grill-Embassy Suites by Hilton:
We were not greeted upon arrival. There was a strange odor in the air. We were left waiting for a long time and eventually decided to leave and dine elsewhere. There was no parking available and the restaurant was lacking proper signage, making it difficult to locate. We had to hastily walk through the entire complex to finally reach the restaurant. We dined at this restaurant because it was located in our hotel. I would consider giving it another try in case it was just an off night. Our waitress, who seemed to be the receptionist, was not very attentive. One of us ordered a glass of wine and she opened the bottle at our table, poured the wine, and then left the bottle on the table. Surprisingly, we were only charged for one glass, even though only one glass was consumed. The food was decent, but not outstanding. Afterwards, we headed to the bar which was quite noisy. We ordered two Baileys on the rocks, but they only had enough for one. We decided to share, and when the waitress returned with another glass, she mentioned her brother-in-law had brought her a bottle. The second glass was much better, leading me to believe the first glass may have been old or diluted. We should have asked for a replacement. The restaurant's location on the 4th floor felt a bit odd.
After our meal, we ventured into the bar, which was extremely loud. When we tried to order 2 Baileys on the rocks, we were informed that they had run out and opted for 2 glasses of wine instead. Strangely, our server later returned with one Baileys, mentioning that she only had enough for one. We ended up sharing the drink and were later surprised when she brought another, mentioning that her brother-in-law had brought her a new bottle. The second glass of Baileys was much better than the first, leading me to believe that the initial one may have been from an old stock. The restaurant's location on the 4th floor felt a bit unconventional. Overall, the experience was mediocre and left much to be desired.

The restaurant was very accommodating and the food was excellent! The atmosphere is intimate and relaxed. I highly recommend trying the Chicken Chilly - it was delicious!
Upon arriving, we were not checked in and noticed a strange smell. After being ignored for some time, we decided to leave and find a different restaurant. The lack of parking and absence of signage made it difficult to locate the restaurant, as we had to walk through the entire complex to find it.
