We were promptly seated upon arrival and received a timely greeting from our waiter, who quickly brought us water. The drinks and appetizers were excellent. The food choices and quality met our expectations. The only thing I wish is that the Machaca tacos were included on the Happy Hour menu. View all feedback.
What JustinC doesn't like about Blanco Cocina Cantina – The Borgata:
They have fallen off since selling out to the Cheesecake Factory. Food was once unique and carefully prepared… it is now dull and mediocre.. it’s basically like upscale On The Border. Almost everything we saw being made in the kitchen was from a bag out of a food warmer… on the plus side the bar is still as good as always View all feedback.
Great tacos and enchiladas, attentive staff, and a nice atmosphere. I highly recommend Blanco!
