After walking what felt like the entirety of St. John’s one morning, we decided to stop for a quick breakfast bite and a coffee. We opened up google maps and BAM! Coffee Matters was half a block away. With our last bit of energy we pushed through our exhaustion (dramatic) and came into a relaxed, cool, chill coffee house with locals, out province’rs?? What Chris Dorion doesn't like about Coffee Matters Paradise:
Restaurant was recommended by hotel staff across the street, however, nothing to write home about. Food is very pricey for small portions. Order was messed up despite being clarified multiple times upon placing it. View all feedback.

They have a delicious chicken/basil mayo sandwich! I love unique items that you can't get at other cafes! It's a signature item that sets them apart!
Gourmet drive thru food. Delicious, fast, friendly. We went here on our 2nd Anniversary to reminisce. We met at the Coffee Matters in Mount Pearl in 2017, which sadly burnt down later closed. Don't forget to ask for your receipt. We didn't get ours. Too bad, as this was the reason why we went there to get a souvenir for our Anniversary scrap book. Food is good, however a bit pricey. $34 for sandwich combo (no drinks) with pasta salad a cookie. It included home made kettle chips.
Very good coffee, nice temperature of the latte. Quick friendly service.
