I made a reservation for 6 but they seem to have no idea what Open Table eve... read more First, the one really bad. Open Table reservations mean absolutely nothing to them. I made a reservation for 6 but they seem to have no idea what Open Table even is. It also happens to be a Thursday night and they said they don't do reservations on football nights. They either need to manage their availability on Open Table better and train their people better, or just don't use the Open Table platform at all . Everything else about this place was OK. Nothing great but nothing bad either. It is very loud so if you want to have a conversation with your party, look elsewhere.

This gave us plenty of time to look through the menu and notice that items like Irish stew were no longer available. We eventually had to go to the bar for water. The bartender mentioned she would send our waitress over, but instead, the waitress chose to take the order of another table that had been seated after us. After finishing our water, we decided to leave without the waitress even realizing we were there. It seems like the restaurant is busy enough that management feels they can overlook customers.
