We witnessed a group of young individuals planning to steal a woman's phone. After informing the woman and overhearing them discussing us, we swiftly left the premises.

This gave us plenty of time to look through the menu and notice that items like Irish stew were no longer available. We eventually had to go to the bar for water. The bartender mentioned she would send our waitress over, but instead, the waitress chose to take the order of another table that had been seated after us. After finishing our water, we decided to leave without the waitress even realizing we were there. It seems like the restaurant is busy enough that management feels they can overlook customers.
