All of the food was absolutely delicious. We had a large order and the only reason for the 4 stars is that not all of the sandwiches were correct. Everytime I go to this location my food is missing something. First they didnt know how to ring up my food. I asked them for both mustard and Mayo and got neither. Also got a pickel with one sandwich but not the second sandwich. Unfortunately I had to be somewhere and couldn't go back. So I called them, they said bring the food back. Cashier named Richie couldn't figure out how to charge for a combo.......should not be a cashier. Also the floor and tables in lobby were all sticky with spilled soda. Employees just standing around.
First time to the firehouse store and order sandwich. Very happy with the service and quality provided by the store. The sandwich was fresh as the wheat bread really has been baked perfectly. Definitely high standards sandwich for meals...
Yummm. Seth has great customer service. Food was tasty!
Normally, I really enjoy Firehouse Subs. However, even though this location was way off the strip, we paid over $30 for two sandwiches, 2 measly sized bowls of soup, and 1 drink. The other thing I noticed is that the sandwiches in Vegas are a lot smaller than the same size at other locations.
Absolutely delicious warm fresh goodness. Top notch sandwich. Great atmosphere friendly staff good prices.
