Ok I don't have twiitter or facebook so cannot do survey. I had a great experiance with one of the clerks, Alex. He was polite and helpful while I was with a particularly difficult individual. My friend proceeded to spill a chocolate milkshake all over the floor. Alex was kind and understanding, while replacing the beverage and cleaning the mess. A true professional. In one visit Alex assisted us in several ways. Goo... View all feedback.
What Jeffrey Davis doesn't like about Burger King:
Not happy with their customer service at all they only care about themselves, supervisor was listening to music while he's working, not supposed to, bad experience View all feedback.
Clean friendly service. Usually don't eat this crapp though.
Friendly staff, clean dining area, good food, great place to eat if you are on a tight budget.
The wait here is always so long doesn't matter if packed or slow you wait.
Short handed a lot but great food for lunch and dinner
Save yourself the trouble and go to Jack in the Box. My boyfriend went through the drive thru which was our second mistake after choosing BK in the first place. Our third mistake was not doing inventory in the parking lot. After returning to the hotel a short distance from here, we discovered that none of our drinks came with straws. I ended up throwing out my frosted orange freeze because it was too messy without a straw. The one sip I had of it tasted good. My daughter got applesauce with her kids nugget meal. They gave her a fork instead of a spoon. Im sure if you've ever eaten applesauce you know that a fork isn't the right utensil. Evidently the people working at BK don't have the brain power common sense to make that connection. She ended up wearing about half of it because it ran between the tines as she tried to eat it. The chicken fries we ordered were cold. I threw that out too because I'm not going to eat chicken that has clearly been sitting out. I suppose mistake number 4 was not asking for fresh food, which you shouldn't have to do. My double cheeseburger was lukewarm and had bacon on it which might've made some people happy but I don't eat nasty fast food bacon. It made the lack of straws all the more suck when we tried to eat our fries. They were so salty they were borderline inedible. They were only mediocre after trying to shake the salt off. The chicken sandwich that we ordered was also tossed because it was overcooked and cold. All in all, we spent over $20 on food and are very unsatisfied. I called and made the manager aware of some of the issues, and while he did ask us to return, I declined because I shouldn't have to go somewhere twice to get 1 order correct. Either hire people who are capable of reading and using common sense or don't have a drive thru. We never had any issues with anything we got at Jack in the Box, so we will continue to go there instead.
