The salty pickle slices combined with the crispy falafel create pure bliss. I find it hard to resist ordering the fries every time, especially since they are among the best in Chico. The staff is always wonderful and friendly. Just writing this review is making me hungry! I really love this place and feel very grateful for it.

I only tried... read more The service at this restaurant is outstanding, and the food comes out promptly. However, I'm giving it 3 stars mainly because of the food quality. I only tried the gyro wrap and chicken shawarma, and they were merely decent—not something I would order again. The dishes were lacking in flavor and would benefit from a more robust sauce. Many others seem to enjoy this food, so perhaps my taste preferences differ. I recommend trying it for yourself to see what you think.

The staff was exceptionally friendly, taking our orders quickly and serving our tasty lamb kebab, saffron rice, hummus and salad plate, and falafel plate in no time. The food was flavorful and reasonably priced. I also want to express my gratitude to the staff for chasing after me to return my purse when I accidentally left it behind. Thank you so much!

I enjoy gyros, shawarma, and kebabs, but Ali Baba’s versions just don’t appeal to me. That said, the portions are generous, the vegetables seem fresh, and everything is well prepared.

My personal favorite is the falafel wrap—just ask for it to be made vegan, and they'll swap the yogurt sauce for hummus. They also have dolmas, pita bread, salads, kebabs, rice, and more. The portion sizes are generous for the price you pay.
