Blue Ribbon Brasserie Las Vegas

It is located on the 3rd floor of Cosmopolitan. The food was delicious and the service was good. The atmosphere is great and I recommend it.

A delicious and enjoyable meal. We will definitely return! First class service. All staff are wonderful. (Joey)The escargot are out-of-this-world and the salmon is right behind them. The atmosphere is relaxing and the music is unbelievable!

I have been a regular at Blue Ribbon for the last couple years. I popped in years ago after checking in and landing and was sold from that day forward on sitting at the bar and dining with the fabulous infamous Ramsey. I was exhausted from traveling after work and hungry. Ramsey was exactly what I needed. He took such good care of me that I have been back every month since. Trips have even been scheduled around his schedule, so I’d be able to see him when I came into town. As an owner of a production company, I know excellent service! Ramsey is absolutely the reason why many go to Blue Ribbon. I know this from years of going and making friends that all go there just to see Ramsey. It’s the “cheers” of Vegas. He has such a following for good reason. His service is impeccable. He’s smart, funny, and extremely knowledgeable. I know many other guests who have changed their plans too, due to Ramsey not being there right now. I stayed at another property recently because I found out that he isn’t there right now. I hope he comes back soon. When patrons are changing hotels because the people who take care of them aren’t there, it’s frustrating . Service is everything to me. He gives amazing service and has kept me coming back monthly.

We weren't sure what to expect but this beat all expectations. Great service and food. Will be back!
