Somebody knows exactly what they wanted these things to taste like, with juicy meat, freshest veggies and sublime takes on traditional sauces to match the chicken and the pork versions perfectly. Obviously the product of great pride and quality local produce. Don't be a tourist. This is so worth a detour to the parts less traveled.
