I took my car through the wash, at the end of the wash the two employees at the end that dry the car waved for me to pull toward, couldn?t go forward, then felt grinding underneath my car and they startedwaving frantically for me to stop. The grinding stops and I?m able to get out. The employees don?t make a big deal so I thinkeverything is fine and go home. I get home to see my side skirt is cracked and scratched. Took 3 days to finally get ahold ofthe store manager just for her to tell me risk management would be contacting me the following day. A week and a half goes bywith me contacting the store manager to let her know that I still had not been contacted. Finally contacted by risk managementand was told to send pictures of the damages and 2 estimates for the repair. One of the shops I went to had someone gettingtheir car fixed from Casey?s car wash damaging their car as well. And the other location has had lots of cars come in to getfixed after taking it through the Casey?s car wash. Then I get left on read for another 2 weeks because ?the holidays.? Finallyget a response from risk management saying that the store manager reviewed the tape and said I braked during the wash... I askeddid she say when did I press on the brakes. Of course the answer was no. I explained the situation again to risk management andshe said she would reach out to the store manager to send her the tape. An entire month goes by full of ?the holidays, and ohshe forgot to send it.? I finally get an email from risk management saying she has received the tape but there was no footage onthe tape and therefore she was going to deny and close the claim because she has no reason to believe the store manager wouldlie to her.. so risk management without even looking at video evidence of the incident or even asking the store manager when Ibraked during the wash just said screw it and closed the claim with 0 proof. I may not get any

You're in food serv... read more Next time a customer calls the FIRST TIME about you messing up their order own up to it and offer to fix it instead of giving the runaround. You're in food service. And dont yell after someone who's a rewards member about a cookie that was FREE for mybirthday. We will never use this location again.

The only reason I'm g... read more I've been visiting this location for the last 10 years, and I truly love it. The staff is consistently friendly, and the pizza is amazing! The only reason I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is that they haven't addressed the awful potholes in the parking lot. They've been there for a decade, and while management fills them in every 2-3 years, they worsen again within a month or so.

The p... read more I stopped by Casey's Pizza for some pizza today, and I can confidently say you can't go wrong with them. I had two slices of pepperoni and one beef slice. The pizza was warm and fresh, piled high with toppings. The sauce is amazing! If you're looking for a tasty and quick pizza, be sure to check them out—you won't be let down!
