I was ordering food at the order part and the guy laughed at me when I said my order and then I went to get the food at the window and I confronted them but they ignored me because they knew they would get in trouble. I was placing my order and the staff member laughed at me when I mentioned what I wanted. When I went to the window to pick up my food, I confronted them about it, but they ignored me, likely because they knew they were in the wrong. Honestly, I'd give this place 0 stars if I could, but since that's not an option, I’m giving it 1 star.
I ordered lettuce wraps three times and each time I received a bun instead. I even asked the cashier to open a new box to confirm that I was getting the right item. I'm really tired of the poor service here.
Awful experience... They managed to get my order wrong. Make sure to check your order before you leave!
Disgusting place. The fat male manager at night gave me my food with his bread hair in it. Not worth it. It?s filthy here.
