Easily one of the nicest places to chill out in Goa if you are one of those who prefer less crowd around you. Situated in the heart of the city makes it convenient for the visitors. Serves authentic Serradura and Beer at a great price!
A decent place to dine at with decent ambiance. They have an outdoor as well as an indoor seating.<br <br Goan cuisine is what you will find in their menu but I decided to try out some of their non Goan dishes and they were lip smacking.<br <br Must try dishes are as follows :<br 1)Chicken Cafreal<br Price : 210 INR<br Rating : 4.5 5<br <br 2)Kerela chicken<br Price : 200 INR<br Rating : 4.5 5<br <br 3)Bolo sans rival<br -Bolo Sans Rival is a traditional Goan Dessert made of Roasted Powdered cashew nuts, powdered sugar, egg white, and layered with butter icing.<br Price : 90 INR<br Rating : 4.5 5<br <br 4)Chicken jalfrezi with lachha paratha<br Price : 180 INR and 30 INR<br Rating : 4 5<br <br 5)Chicken ching pong<br Price : 190 INR<br Rating : 4 5<br <br Their fish portions depends on the catch. So please ask them for the size before ordering(kingfish Chonak rava fry, masala fry) the same. They charge around 200 per portion which sometimes serves only one person.<br <br They make their own Lachha paratha so it takes a while for them to prepare this, but the wait is all worth it.<br <br Other dishes I have tried are :<br 1) Squids batter fry<br Price : 320 INR<br Ratings : 3.8 5<br <br 2) Serradura<br Price : 90 INR<br Ratings : 3.5 5<br <br 3) King fish masala<br Price : 200 INR<br Ratings : 3 5<br <br 4) Chonak rava fry<br Price : 200 INR<br Ratings : 3.3 5<br <br The only restaurant in town serving these goan desserts : Bolo sans rival, serradura(they make their serradura with no added gelatine and egg) and Vonn(godshe)<br <br Usually not crowded in the afternoon. If you are in Miramar and looking for a restaurant at a reasonable price point for a small get together than this is the one for you. Closed on Tuesdays<br <br
4/5 food <br/ 4/5 ambience <br/ 4.5/5 value for money <br/ <br/ Ordered Kerala chicken and chicken Chong pong . Must say the taste was good but could have been better. Must try their serradura and bolo sans rival . <br/ Owner is really friendly and made sure we were comfortable.
This is a nice restaurant to spend time with your loved ones. It's less crowded and quite place. Good food at reasonable prices. Quick service and friendly staff. Nice ambience too.
