Snow Town Cafe - Panji

Service is reasonable and quite fast. Small cafe. Ambience is so so. Price is reasonable. Easy and ample parking available. We ordered pasta carbonara, salted egg and aglio olio pasta. Pasta is not al dente. Quite overcooked. The aglio olio taste ok but a bit spicy. Nothing to shout about the others. Chicken chop has thick breading/coating. The black pepper sauce is kinda sweet. Dissappointed with the nachos. I think it should be called tortilla chip with cheesy dip. Mango and chocolate bingsu is nice. The chocolate bingsu is chocolatey and taste really good. The kids like the mango bingsu. Portion ia quite big. Waffles is a bit dense. Served with chocolate sauce. Chocolate cheese indulgence cake tasted ok. But the cheese is not cheesy. It has springy/thicker texture because of too much gelatin in it. Overall, the desserts are ok especially the chocolate and mango bingsu. Western foods need improvement.

The place is well air- conditioned , the food and drinks is tasty . I ordered Chicken Chop and Chocolate Bingsu. The Chicken Chop taste good but it is a bit chewy and salty but overall is still delicious. I like the Bingsu it taste sweet and the chocolate flavor is very strong with fresh strawberries on top. It's perfect.

The Place : very cozy, well air-conditioned, beautiful inside and outside. some corners are very good to take picture of. The Price : i think it is Okay but it is reasonable price with the food given The Food : we ordered Chicken Chop, Spagetti Carbonara, Spagetti Seafood, Curly Fries, Rainbow Crepe, Mango Bingsu. All of them were Top Notch. 1) Spagetti Carbonara was so creamy, thicc and flavorful 2)Spagetti Seafood was so strong and rich of flavor. both of spagettis were perfectly cooked (not under or over cooked) 3)Chicken chop actually good but the chicken is a bit chewy and tough. 4)Rainbow Crepe was good. 5)Mango Bingsu was sweet. The Beverages : Iced tea (Teh o Ais) RM4 per cup, a bit expensive but the taste was well-balanced Service : very friendly and wholesome!

Been here few times already. The food are undeniably good, loving the waffle. The snow tastes great. A great place to enjoy your snow ice, for me best in KB. The only downside of this place is the customer service. Everytime I came here craving to eat good food, I have to withstand the bad service. Food are quite slow, sometimes food from other table arrive first, last time I went, I have to ask them to just make it for take away as my drink did not arrive even after I finish eating. Turn out they didn't even prepare me and my friends drinks. I came to the counter to ask for my drinks, the waiter serving dont even bother to turn when I call and just go straight to the kitchen. So yup, great food, just the customer service need improvement.

I ordered Meatball cheese, Milk Snow ice with mango and Forest Waffle. I love their foods so much and it vastly tasty would give it 9/10 especially their Milk Snow Ice one set can share for 2 people) The shop was good and comfortable, also got lots of parking lot and price also inexpensive But not the service : bcs it’s took us 15mins to order bcs no one at the counter to take our order. Hopefully can improve your services in the future. Thankyou
