What Josh W likes about Hoodoo Bbq:
I stopped by tonight just before closing time and got a 3-meat plate to-go. I was a fan of the ribs and brisket. They both had a nice flavor and were tender. However, the pulled pork made me wish I had gotten a 2-meat plate. It tasted like pork...just pork. I expected at least a hint of smoke, but it was just bland.
