We decided to have burgers for lunch on a Sunday and weren't sure how it would turn out, but the restaurant was open and seemed capable of delivering what we wanted. The Chinese lady who prepared our burgers had no idea she made me the best burger I've ever tasted. What User doesn't like about Guangzhou Chinese Kitchen:
The dining experience was quite challenging. It was hard to navigate the menu, and the dishes didn't seem well-connected. Additionally, during my visit in the UK, communication was lacking, as there was a mix-up with the meat options. Overall, the food was overly complex and did not meet my expectations. Forgot to put order together properly and when contacted were zero help in understanding the situation as I could not drive and pick up the order due to injury and was trying to change the subject every single time I was saying how they could get the rest of the order to my address.Really poor service.
This place reuses food that they don't sell. I saw food sit there for like 6 hours. I went to school, came back home and saw it still sit there. Half the time the cook isn't in the store. Since last time I passed the place the cook was in another store. The store also smells really bad. The store also looks rundown. Last time I bought chips it smelt really weird. I'm not a fan of wasting food but I had to throw that in the bin.
Where do I begin… Don’t be fooled this place is nothing close to a 3 star review. They don’t even deserve to be operating.By far the most unempathetic service I have come by so far.When the food arrived it was cold, tasteless and the chicken did not look like chicken.
Poor customer service. Spent over $100 for my team for a our team meeting to only receive less than half of our order. After contacting the restaurant. They did not want to listen us although had the decency to mention that our food was still at the restaurant and that we should come to pick it up after paying a delivery fee.
Rude customer service. Left out half the order. lady on the phone did not want to listen to what I had to say. I have never had such appalling customer service in my entire life.If I could rate -10 stars I would.
