We were pleasantly surprised with an overwhelmingly exquisite culinary experience (and we currently reside in Manhattan, NYC). The 10 course tasting menu was more than enough food as was the wine pairings. Each dish was thoughtfully created with elaborate ingredients and presentation. The Chef cooks everything on a coal fire grill outside. We sat at a table by the window overlooking the grill and were able to watch our meals being prepared. The food is organic and kosher. Every bite was full of dynamic creation. The red clams, aged duck and sancucho were beyond amazing. I have no complaints other than having an abundant amount of great food. This is certainly Michelin star worthy dining. The ambience was a rustic and trendy modern vibe. Best restaurant in Panama thus far. We highly recommend and will certainly return!
