Of course we had to try it... read more This restaurant was suggested to us on the Plane into Panama by a local Panamanian Was told one of the best restaurants in the world. Of course we had to try it! It didn’t disappoint. We loved it so much we returned to eat again before we left the city. Been coming to Panama for 10 years and so happy we found this place. The food, atmosphere, and service was top notch!!!!!

Maito tasting menu is what I would recommend as it walk you through delicious locals flavors, the chef work to highlight the taste of great ingredients and does not overdo it. The design and decor of the restaurant is elementary and without pretension, the accent is on the cuisine. My partner and I still remember that delicious fish broth. All the plates were delicious and graduated slowly in flavors. I wish we could have come home with a little document telling us more about each plate because there was so much to know. Undoubtedly, an experience to do when going to Panama City.
