The second time, a disappointment with little... read more We went twice while visiting my uncle. The first time, the fried whole fish was perfectly seasoned and delicious. The second time, a disappointment with little seasoning or flavor. We also asked for rice, or rice and beans, but the only options were fried yucca and french fries. The salad that came with the meal consisted of some boring iceberg lettuce and a few slices of tomato and onion. The view is nice, with umbrellas and lights covering the outdoor dining area. There were lots of local families there the first time we went and it looks like it's the place to be on weekends. Prices are very reasonable and cocktails were pretty good. The restaurant is listed online as Cayucos and also as K Yu Co.

Mixed seafood platter, ceviche, drinks and a snapper for 5 of us came to $100 including tip. It was the most expensive item on menu as well. However, the shrimp were over cooked and small. Sea bass fingers were the standout. Solid Panamanian fare, mostly locals not a tourist spot.
