Rifugio Sette Selle - Palu del fersina

This is definitively one of the best hut, easily reachable from Palu della Fersina (parking car free from November to June) it offers a really nice scenario in Lagorai mountains. The staff is nice and the main manager has a deep knowledge of the area and surrounding. Ask him for any advice about the tracks. It is a wonderful place to sleep and eat, it represent also a good point for a two days around this area with a first day hiking the Mount Rujoch peak, descending to the Sette Selle hut, sleeping there and proceed to the Sette Selle peak or 343 until Endermolo Lake and then to the park, it is a nice loop also in winter. In winter period be carefull about the track from the hut to 343 under Sasso Rotto, Sette Selle and so on, it could be dangerous and bring with you for sure your crampons. In any case ask the manager for any suggestion, he know very well the snow situation in any moment. The hut is confortable, not very big but with the normal comodities for a real mountain hut. Il servizio è eccellente come il cibo e l'ambiente, per raggiungerlo è necessario fare una passeggiata nella natura, è un ottimo posto per scattare foto e per coloro che desiderano un po' di pace, con panorami mozzafiato.
