Forsterbräu - TRENTO

They don't take reservations either on call or on their site. So, we just went directly there and waited for almost 2 hours. Better to come earlier than dinner time to get the table. The ambience is very nice, we also got free welcome beers and some typical breads. They have a lot of Trento traditional menu to choose along with its beer or grapa. Some staff are very friendly, unfortunately some of them aren't so nice to welcome you as they might be tired or too crowded.

It’s over rated. They serve you with in-house free bread beer and you attracted to order more by seeing the menu. Food is just average. Lamb, beef and meat items are medium done. So please tell them before if you want “well done” staff is super friendly. Brewery is just okay. Visited on weekend Reservation is needed (weekends) small groups are fine.
