Walmart Supercenter - PALMYRA

Bakery has never disappointed. However a few years ago the manager treated me like I was trying to return something that was stolen when in fact the receipt code and the code on the item didn't match. When I went and checked the others on the shelf they were able to see I was being honest. But this was after making me cry from embarrassment. Telling me no store would accept the return, when in fact it was store error not customer error. They were unwilling to even try to find a resolve to the issue. Also, they never have more than 1 cashier isle open at a given time. I've stranded in backed up lines and had to goto customer service to request another register be opened on more than one occasion. People in the line thanking me for doing what walmart should have done without being asked. I understand corporate makes the employees follow their policies but maybe corporate should make some changes...

This Brewer Walmart is the best by far. Most all of the associates are friendly and helpful.

One of the worst Walmarts in the county. One associate couldn't tell me if or where they sell green dot pre paid cards. She informed me they didn't and had been working there for 3 4 years now. The janitor brought me to the center of the registers and the clothes wham low and behold they had these little kiosks in the middle had four different sides w just about any pre paid card One could ever need. Can't fox stupid

Good parking, generally well stocked, associates are helpful.

They won't re hire a person with autism they only want to hire to fill diversity quota
