I was ordering a sandwich for my sister, over the phone, and she didn't know what she wanted on her sandwich. They got a little chuckle out of it.

They were cold... read more I placed an order through the app for in-store pickup and got three foot-long pepperoni wraps. However, when I examined them, I was disappointed. They were cold, the ingredients were falling out, and there was hardly anything in them—just two pepperonis and one slice of cheese. I decided to go back in and ask if they could heat them up and add more ingredients. I understand they’re only $3 each, but this was ridiculous. Instead of making any adjustments, they simply microwaved the bags without removing anything and told me they couldn’t add more. The staff appeared to be quite young, none seemed to be over 16 years old. This isn’t the first frustrating experience I’ve had at this location, but it was definitely the worst food I’ve ever brought home. It’s unfortunate that one of the only two local restaurants in Palmyra has such poor quality and service. Honestly, the food at the gas station is better than what I got at Subway!

There wasn't even any meat on... read more The staff at this restaurant are quite rude, and I received a sandwich with only a tiny amount of shredded meat, costing over $15. There wasn't even any meat on one side of the sandwich. I won't be returning to this location again!
